Guys mostly when we installed kloxo newly we got this ftp error and unable to connect to server here is solution
remember:

Kloxo has some problems with pureftpd 1.0.36 and this is a way to fix it.

Before trying this, check for correct configuration of your linux firewall.
You may test FTP via SSH with sample FTP command:
ftp -n localhost
If the answer is like this:
